Appendices
Appendices include additional content (research materials, study details, participant demographics, etc.) without interrupting the main body of the text. Appendices can also include copyrighted material, similar to footnotes.
Appendices start on their own page after the references page, with a centered, bolded title labeled “Appendix.” For multiple appendices, start with “Appendix A” and follow alphabetical order for each labeled appendix. Then, add your additional content below.
Tables, figures, and other visuals in an appendix should be correspondingly labeled according to the appropriate appendix (ex. Table B2 or Figure A1). This includes only one appendix, where the label would still remain as Table A5, for example. If the appendix includes only one table or figure, then the figure is labeled as Appendix B rather than Table B1, for example.
