Appointment Restrictions

WRC Appointments

WRC clients are allowed:

  • One 45-minute appointment per day
  • Three scheduled appointments per week
  • One walk-in appointment per week in addition to the three scheduled appointments
  • Two missed appointments per semester.

After two missed appointments, a client’s WConline account is deactivated for the remaining semester. After deactivation, a client can no longer schedule an appointment, but can walk-in for one. Clients should cancel appointments ahead of time if they are unable to attend.

GPWC Appointments

The GPWC (Graduate and Postdoctoral Writing Center) does not take walk-in appointments. Clients must schedule an appointment through our online schedule. GPWC clients are allowed:

  • One 45-minute appointment per week
  • Two missed appointments per semester
